记者10月31日从北京市交管局获悉，截至目前，本市邮政寄递、园林绿化、环卫等民生服务行业有驾车需求的人员已全员考取了正三轮摩托车驾驶证。11月1日起，这些行业使用的合规电动三轮车将悬挂“京C”号牌上路行驶。市交管局特别提示，驾驶人需遵守道路交通安全法律、法规，违反相关法规的，公安交管部门将依法予以处罚。
